Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any IndusHive tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. IndusHive is an independent, student-run project — these terms are intentionally written in plain language rather than dense legal text.

Using IndusHive

IndusHive's tools (Study Deck, Simulation Lab, Materials Hub, and future tools) are provided to support your studies. They are study aids, not a replacement for your teachers, textbooks, or your own understanding — always double-check important facts before an exam.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information during sign-up and onboarding. Accounts are personal and shouldn't be shared or sold.

AI-generated content

Explanations, summaries, flashcards, mind maps, and simulations are generated with the help of AI models. They can occasionally be incomplete or contain mistakes. Please verify anything exam-critical against your textbook or teacher.

Acceptable use

• Don't use IndusHive to cheat during a proctored exam or in ways that violate your school's academic integrity policy.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share (e.g. copyrighted textbooks in full).
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Availability & changes

IndusHive is built and maintained by one student alongside schoolwork, so occasional downtime, bugs, or feature changes should be expected — this is a growing project, not a finished enterprise product. Features listed as "Coming Soon" are planned but not guaranteed on a fixed date.

Limitation of liability

IndusHive is provided "as is," free of charge for its core tools, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndusHive and its creator aren't liable for exam outcomes, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
